Bi-weeky group therapy sessions with a therapist who works closely with patients with chronic illness

Bi- weekly physio sessions with a well known chronically ill physio (although some of you may be able to already guess who this is!)

Talks from other professionals including nutrition. occupational health, migraines and so much more.

Monthly talks from community members on planning, sex and disabilty, disabled pride, working through internalised ableism

Private Facebhook group to connect with a wholoe community of chronically ill and disaabled people.

£30 per month

No, you can cancel (and join) at any time. The membership is completely flexible.

Group therapy is capped at 25 members a session. Our community manager Poppy will make sure that everyone gets a chance to join and if there is enough demand we will put on extra sessions

Of course! You do not have to be based in the UK to take part. All sessions, but the group therapy, are recorded so you can catch up at any time.

This is to make sure that the group sessions are a safe place. This is a place where you can share your thoughts and struggles with the group without the fear of being recorded.

Of course, you will have access to the recorded sessions but you will miss out on the community element of the membership. You are welcome to set up a Facebook profile just so you can use the group. When you sign up you will be asked to provide the email that you bought the membership with as proof of purchase,
